OVERVIEW
As a Graphics Administrator at Bemis Packaging, I successfully managed up to a dozen customer accounts, serving as the primary customer point of contact and project manager for incoming product revisions and new product launches. I ensured that all artwork for assigned accounts was print-ready by conducting thorough pre press reviews and then provide advice and instructions to in house designers and contracted firms to revise. I further supported in house and outside firms by optimizing artwork to conform to packaging die lines, achieve desired color targets and conform to our proprietary ICC printing color profiles.
Once artwork was ready for production, I assisted the supervision of first time production runs and approved production jobs for first piece quality inspection. When customers requested to be on site, I organized and assisted the supervision of the attended press runs with the production team.

I delivered project management by overseeing an active database of 75+ projects for multiple customer accounts. Tracked execution, budgets, timelines, milestones, and resources, ensuring seamless product delivery. Fostered strong company-customer relationships, aligning needs and visions for final products. Delivered valued customer service to Fortune companies, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
Additionally, I improved the pre press color accuracy by spearheading a cross-departmental team that implemented an internal color proof verification process. This resulted in a 100% reduction in color proof to ICC profile variances, increased customer satisfaction and a 50% reduction in press production downtime during customer attended press approvals.
